Resume क्या है? एक अच्छा रिज्यूम कैसे बनाए?

Resume एक औपचारिक रिकॉर्ड है जो आपके प्रासंगिक कार्य अनुभव, कौशल, शिक्षा और सीखने के साथ-साथ उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धियों सहित आपके विशेषज्ञ क्रेडेंशियल्स का परिचय प्रदान करता है| Resume के माध्यम से कोई भी नियोक्ता आपकी योग्यता और अनुभव के बारे में जानकारी ले पाता है|

Resume (रिज्यूम) बनाते समय हमे किन- किन बातो को ध्यान देनी चाहिए? एक अच्छा रिज्यूम कैसे बनाए??  रिज्यूम में क्या जानकारी देनी चाहिए?

एक अच्छा रिज्यूम (Resume) बनाते समय हमें निम्न बातो पर ध्यान देनी चाहिये-

1.Heading (Heading)

Resume बनाते समय हैडिंग में हमें निम्न विवरण भरनी चाहिए-

• नाम (Name)
• मोबाइल नंबर
• ई-मेल एड्रेस
• वर्तमान पता
• फोटो

2. PERSONAL OBJECTIVE (व्यक्तिगत उद्देश्य)

रिज्यूम में अपना PERSONAL OBJECTIVE लिखना चाहिए जिसमे अपना आने वाले समय की लक्ष्य डिफाइन करनी चाहिए-

अपने लक्ष्यों और उद्देश्यों को संगठन के लक्ष्यों के साथ एकीकृत करें ताकि प्रभावी ढंग से दोनों को हासिल करने और वांछित उत्पादन करने के लिए मेरे प्रयासों को चैनलाइज करें।

3. PROFILE (प्रोफ़ाइल)

अगर आपको कार्य की अनुभव है तो आपको अपना प्रोफाइल के बारे में जानकारी देनी चाहिए- जैसे

Established track record with 8 + years of experience in different organizations (Telecom)
and manufacturing sectors) to efficiently use their IT infrastructure, ensuring the design of
the organization allow all of the components including Servers, Desktop and peripherals to
fit together and work properly within the policy.

Server, Managed engine Service desk, Basic knowledge of Routers , Switches, firewall
Microsoft.

अब आप अपना शैक्षिक योग्यता बतायेंगे| जिसमे आपको हायर एजुकेशन सबसे उपर डालना है जैसे की-

• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) from IGNOU University -2016 with 95 %.
• Intermediate of Science (ISC) from BSES Patna -2009 with 90.2 %.
• Matriculations from BSEB Patna -2007 with 80%.
